What a lovely surprise to dine at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was very good . Even though our Italian is poor we navigated the menu and ate delicious food . Would highly recommend.

LA VILLE SUPERBE BRASSERIE

This restaurant has a very special location. It is located next to the sea, so you can enjoy the delicious food while enjoying the sea breeze and the beautiful scenery. The main food served here is seafood, which is very fresh and tastes great. It is definitely worth coming here.

The food was extremely fresh and delicious. We were a big group, so I know it could be due to that, but the service was a bit inconsistent, dishes were coming very inconsistently, some people got both dishes before others got their first, we had to remind the staff about some dishes&hellip; I think that would be the improving point to get this place 5 stars.

Value for money. A safe place to go. I personally recommend to all the business person they are coming to Genoa. POrto Antico is a nice place an Tre Merli is a perfect place for meetings

The restaurant is in a narrow street, near the boulevard and the new aquarium in Genua. Reception is friendly, service is attentive throughout the evening, but clearly not 100% professional. The menu offers some nice descriptions, conveniently in a lot of different languages. We shared a fish carpaccio dish, which looked great and tasted nice. The main courses were squid risotto, with a creamy (milk, Italian cooks would never do this!) sauce and some shrimps. The taste was a bit flat, but most importantly: the dish was served on a cold plate and cooled down within minutes which ruined the taste. The second main course was the classic Genua dish of pasta with green pesto, beans and potato. This was also somewhat flat and, no exception, too cold.  Dessert was a good mousse of passion fruit, nicely served. The price of about &euro;110 for two persons with water and some wine seemed fair. There is still a lot to learn for Esoticum: use warm plates, create more depth in taste, turn down the background music (it was really too loud), and stay a bit closer to the Italian cuisine.

Great menu focused on local cuisine and friendly service. The baby potatoes and octopus, lobster ravioli, and grilled fish plate were excellent.

Excellent choice if you want to dine simple, good quality genovese food (pasta and fish). Have always returned to this restaurant. The owner is a fantastic host.  Dog friendly.

I have been visited differents restourants in Genova on my holidayes and La Ville Superbe was the best, the plates were  amazing for me i give Nr.10 ????????

Un ristorante che ci ha piacevolmente sorpreso per qualit&agrave; dei piatti, cortesia del personale, rapporto qualit&agrave;/prezzo. Lo consigliamo con convinzione. Spiace solo che i lavori di ristrutturazione degli edifici di fronte lo penalizzino nascondendolo un po&rsquo; agli occhi di potenziali clienti in transito in zona che possono non notarlo e perdersi una occasione di una ottima ristorazione.

A restaurant that has surprised us pleasantly for the quality of the dishes, the courtesy of the staff, the price-quality ratio. It is only regrettable that the construction works in front of the buildings penalise him by hiding him a little in the eyes of potential customers who are going through the area that may not notice him and lose an opportunity for a great restaurant.
